Contact Center is a flexible, cost-effective inbound service that allows international/domestic callers to dial an in-country number for sales, service and support. It provides:

Multiple types of public numbers are available, including:
- Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) - standard domestic toll
- Domestic Toll-Free
- Toll Shared (local, regional or national cost)
- Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN)
You can decide per country which type of number suites your needs.
At your call center location various connection methods allow call termination in over 90 countries:
- dedicated access: dedicated line used for inbound and outbound traffic, secured by the overflow on arrival feature
- Switched Access (SA) termination: for low traffic, immediate installation of a call center during periods of growth and build-up or for call center back-up
- PSTN termination: replaces SA where SA is not available (same principle)
- IP VPN connection
